| Description | Changes of the contents of the existing labour contract can be done based on an agreement between the employer and employee, based on the law or based on a unilateral act of the employer. Change of the labour contract can be understood a change of any of the components of this legal relation not influencing the existence of this relation. Such a change of the contract can be either a change of its subject or of its contents. The author addresses both of these types of changes caused by the economic crisis. |
