| Description | Population aging and its effects belong among one of the most frequently discussed topics nowadays. The WHO defines the term active ageing. Senior activization forms one of andragogy categories. Life style influences physical, mental and social behaviour, forms one's personality and competence development. Active ageing is influenced by various factors - mainly the quality of health care, personality characteristics, pursuit of healthy lifestyle, social environment and economical background. The results have been obtained during a research. |
