• Description: Based on the study of documentary and natural proxy data sources combined with systematical intrumental measurements, hemispherical, regional and local temperature series of the last millennium can be reconstructed with major temporal resolution. They show the most markedly air temperature rise in the course of the 20th century (global warming) which could be attributed to intensification of the greenhouse effect caused by anthropogenic production of greenhouse gasses.
