| Description | We describe a case of 54-year old female patient with severe psoriasis in whom almost all therapeutic options have been exhausted. Full disease remission achieved shortly after the initiation of treatment with adalimumab was maintained long-term throughout the treatment period. This led to a significant improvement of the patients quality of life and thus had high impact on her well-being. |
