| Description | The article is focused on issues of betting via the Internet, which was permitted by the Department of Finance of the Czech Republic in the end of the year 2008. This paper introduces the way, circumstances and grounds of the permission of the game Internet rate betting by the Department of Finance of the Czech Republic. The decision was relied on the law, but it may appear as unconsidered. |
