| Description | The paper presented in this conference is focused on legal regulations on the promotion of the use of electric energy from photovoltaic systems on the subject of adherence to principles of a sustainable development. The aim of this paper is to outline several controversial issues related to impacts of concerned economic instruments in addition to a resolution of these problems through making legislative changes which should be conformable with the concept of a sustainable development. |
