| Description | The article examines the conception of the inconsistency of law with the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The author distinguishes between the notions of the innocsistency and of the non-conformity. Subsequently he analyses cca 20 reasons for inconsistency of acts of Parliament with the constitutional order of the Czech Republic in the judicature (cca 250 judgments). |
