| Description | Legislation on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources is developing both at the European and national level. Direction 2009/28/EC connects legal regulation on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources in the production of electricity, heating, cooling and in transport. Among other issues, in Article 13 this direction deals with administrative procedures in the course of issuing administrative acts. The aim of this paper is to outline the impact on these procedures in the context of relevant Czech legislation in addition to the compliance with sustainable development principles. |
