Description Univerbization or condensing, substantivization, i. e. fusing of words of multiverbal lexemes in single or one-word lexemes, so cold univerbizates is word-forming process that is frequently used not only in contemporary spoken Czech texts, but also in the written texts, too. Linguistic research in last 50 years has proved that univerbizates are used in the journalistic and media texts very often. We have tried to find univerbizates naming phenomena of the media and phenonema that are described in the media texts, names of persons (professions, performers), of actions and operations, names of films, plays or songs and compositions. We have found them in the Czech national corpus. Results of research: more than 90 % univerbizates in our article are formed by suffixes, almost (more 75 %) by ÁK or KA. There are rare univerbizates that have been fused from multiverbal lexems into compound words. Univerbizates are almost substandard from the stylistic point of view, but there are occuring in various texts that are written by literary of colloquial language.
