| Description | We identified proteins typical for Bbsl in all obtained strains (61). 3 strains of B. afzelii coming from different sources (Ixodes ricinus, Apodemus flavicollis, Culex pipiens molestus) were used for experimental immunization. We analyzed a sequence of OspC protein gene in 15 strains, which is a candidate for prospective vaccine. |
