| Description | The subject matter of functions belongs to the most difficult parts of school mathematics. Simultaneously, the subject matter of functions is very useful for every person in his/her life. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the subject matter and attend to reaching the given aims. The thesis deals with the topic of knowledge and skills acquirement of elementary school pupils. The research pupils was carried out using two methods: didactic test and pedagogical experiment. The results of our research imply the need to adjust an approach to teaching functions. We intend to introduce this innovations to the pregradual preparation of future teachers. |
