| Description | The last amendment of the agricultural land fund protection act aims to appropriation of agricultural land reducing and raising of state budget and also brings next factors of last time as discourage of over motivated investors from new photovoltaic power plants founding on green land by means of economic instruments. Despite of these changes, there is no expectation that the conversion of land will be stopped or that financing of ecological project will be better, because revenue from conversion payments are nowadays diverted from their ecological purpose directly to state budget. |
