| Description | This study is focused on four criteria of leadership effectiveness. Results of evaluation of 60 top managers of fictitious companies by 1 118 subordinates after three months of intensive cooperation during a management simulation game confirm a positive correlation between group performance, perceived leader effectiveness, leadership self-efficacy and leadership emergence. Only the correlation between group performance and leadership emergence is not significant. |
