| Description | The study deals with the early modern last wills of Citizens in Bohemia and Moravia, namely from the point of three perspectives: 1) The extent and representativeness of wills in connection with conditions of their making. 2) Testamentary practice: making of wills, partakers, legal conditions. 3) Social meaning of the last will: early modern concept of the will, its effectiveness and role in terms of the last things of a man. |
