| Description | Publications “International justice” is the educational support for students specializing undergraduate courses. Its aim is to give a detailed and comprehensive interpretation of the procedural issues of international law and arbitration, respectively resolving disputes with an international element. The relationships that arise in an international environment, often leads to disputes that must be addressed in the publication are given three basic variants of circuits, and so-called alternative dispute resolution; solving property disputes with an international element before the ordinary courts, and arbitration. In each of the examined circuit are discussed the most important pieces of legislation which are explained and described using practical examples and demonstrations. |
