| Description | Dyslipidemia (DLP) with hypertension and diabetes mellitus (DM), if present simultaneously, represent a very significant risk that several accelerating the development of atherosclerosis (AS) conditional cardio-and cerebrovascular complications. Prevalence DLP at DM 1 is about 30% and DM 2 is up to 60%. Dyslipidemia (DLP) and hypertension occur in 2 diabetes type in more than half the cases - especially in Reavenova metabolic syndrome X (metabolic syndrome X, insulin resistance syndrome - IR, Kaplan's "deadly quartet"). |
