| Description | Utilization of the dorsal graft placement allows good graft to stretch the tunica albuginea of corpora cavernosa spanning the entire length of urethral stricture. Graft Fixation prevents shrinkage and retraction of the graft area and ensure good adhesion of revascularization. There are currently no data and long-term monitoring is very promising in comparison with previous methods. |
