Description Method of detection of chromosomal translocation t (11; 14) (q13; Q32) lies in the fact that the DNA obtained from samples of biological material detects the presence of translocation t (11; 14) (q13; Q32) using long-range multiplex PCR (multiplex long -range PCR) using sets of primers covering regions on chromosomes 11 and 14, which usually result in the breakage. The method allows the detection in most samples, in which translocation is present and allows rapid characterization of site-specific design fault detection kits for monitoring minimal residual disease.
