| Description | The aim of the workshop was to share experience of directors and coordinators in schools self-evaluation using evaluation instruments deveoped in the project Path to quality. Workshop participants presented their experience with self-evaluation, including why and what tools to use from the project self-evaluation, how to work with tools (advantages, problems, etc.), how to interpret the results, which suggested measures, what would avoid next time. Followed by focus group focused on issues related to options to improve and enhance the practical utility of autoevaluačnách tools for the needs of elementary and secondary schools (selection of tools, administration, data collection, interpretation of results). It also proposed measures, improvement plans (eg for improving the educational process, personnel management). Recommendations for other schools to use self-evaluation tool as a result of legislative changes, the school self-evaluation is the starting point for the annual reports on the activities of the school. |
