| Description | In the legal system is gradually gaining ground the category of reasonableness. This is particularly evident in the increasing influence of Anglo-American legal system. Also, it can be seen in connection with the acceleration of Community law, or European soft law. However, the content this category is unclear, because it can be seen both in the psychological sense (ie good faith), but also equitas (rather like fair dealing). The paper seeks to briefly discuss this issue. |
