| Description | Article deals with recent judgment of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic [Judgment file reference Pl. ÚS 17/10 issued on 28 June 2011] on salary limitations imposed on state attorneys representing public prosecution. Key remarks are made about the judgment in the light of the right to fair remuneration, the right to equal treatment by the state and specific constitutional position of state attorneys (public prosecutors) as protected by Czech constitutional order. Finally, there is a brief analysis of concurring opinions and dissenting opinions to the judgment. |
