What is course registration?

Course registration is an expression of a student's interest in studying a particular course in a given semester. The number of registrations for a given course also serves as information for the lecturers on how much interest there is in the course and they can set the number of seminar groups accordingly.

Registration takes place electronically in the MU Information System during the period specified in the Term Calendars by Faculties; however registration dates may vary for each faculty.

If you are interested in a course that has a limited capacity, it is a good idea not to delay registration. The time when you register is also a decisive factor in the subsequent registration of such a course.

Students are entitled to register for courses worth a maximum of 60 credits in any one semester of their studies.
