What if I can't attend the SFE?
Have you signed up for a date and for some reason you can't make it? You need to apologise in time and provide a good reason. It is your responsibility to apologise in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days before the date of the SFE. Submit your excuse to the Faculty International Office or Faculty Office for Studies.
If you fail to attend the SFE and do not make a proper excuse within the time limit, you will be graded as "unsatisfactory". The relevance of the reasons for your absence will be assessed by the Dean.
