Commitment to equal opportunities
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work at MU, regardless of age, gender, social status or medical condition. We provide students with experience, support graduates launching their first careers and help mothers on maternity leave balance work and family.
53 % of the university workforce is made up of women. Over a third of our employees have some kind of part-time job arrangement. We pay special attention to the disabled. Job seekers with physical or sensory disabilities are provided with personal assistance services and specialized technical equipment.
