Age management for personnel management (in Czech)
The presented course responds to the challenges in the labour market associated with demographic changes, the emergence of a new generation, and the development of digitalization and globalization. Participants will learn the basic assumptions and principles of age management, the concept of working ability and the factors that affect it. They will also learn about the different tools for implementing age management. The course includes three modules. Life-long support for individuals' work ability 3. Implementing age management in practice.
