After completing the individual modules, the participant will learn about the theoretical background, the individual principles and pillars of age management, and their connection to individual HR processes. Graduates of the course will understand the concept of work ability and the factors that influence it. Graduates can apply the concept of work ability to implement individual age management measures in practice.
