Programming in UNIX and system management II (in Czech)
The course will provide the participants with basic information about UNIX system administration, its operation in a network, programming network applications over the BSD sockets interface, as well as information about the operation of some network protocols (SMTP, HTTP, NFS, etc.) and their use and management on UNIX operating systems.

What you will learn
Upon completion, the participant will
- understand the user and group system in UNIX systems;
- understand the basic configuration of subsystems under UNIX;
- understand the architecture of TCP/IP networks and know the basics of programming network applications and network configuration under UNIX;
- be able to configure some selected network services of UNIX systems.
