AI workflow for user research (in Czech)

AI workflow for user research is a series of practical workshops focused on the effective use of AI in every phase of the research process—from preparation and data collection to analysis and presentation of results. The training combines theoretical foundations with hands-on exercises using real data. You will leave with specific workflows, prompts, and tips that you can implement the very next day.

The course is intended for:

UX researchers and designers who want to streamline their work;

researchers working primarily with qualitative data;

product managers involved in the discovery phase;

anyone who does user research and wants to leverage the potential of AI.

About course

What you will learn

Graduates of the course understand the possibilities and limitations of using artificial intelligence in user and qualitative research.

They are able to compile and apply their own workflow for individual phases of the research process—from research preparation, scenario creation, and data collection, through analysis and synthesis, to the presentation of results.

They know how to use modern AI tools and large language models for effective data processing, insight generation, and output visualization.

Graduates gain an overview of available tools, best practices (workflows), promtech, and ethical principles for the responsible use of AI in research.

Employment prospects

Graduates of the course can use the skills they have acquired in professions related to user research, product and service design, and data analysis.

They will be mainly useful for positions such as:

UX researcher,

user experience designer,

product manager involved in the discovery phase,

consultant/analyst in the field of research, innovation, and services,

employee in an educational, cultural, non-profit, or public institution who uses research methods to innovate services.

There are no entrance exams. Applicants will be accepted in the order in which their applications are submitted, up to the capacity limit of the course.

Po absolvování úvodního workshopu se otevře v?IS závěrečný odpovědník. Kurz je možné dále ukončit jedním ze dvou způsobů:  

    Závěrečný projekt: popis case study vyžití AI při výzkumu.  

    Osobní akční AI toolkit: sestavení checklistu nástrojů pro výzkum, návrh workflows a promptů pro vlastní práci.
