The GRANT project has the aim to correlate traditional (cholesterol, obesity, hypertension) risk factors with new (24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, plasma BIG endothelin level) ones in young population 18-30 years. The second aim is to determine the genetic situation in young for presoric substances like endothelin and angiotensin II in young population and to correlate it with risk factors.
