Recently, the problem of drop-out – leaving or not getting graduates into teaching profession has been addressed. The aim of the project is to find out the drop-out rate of both novice and experienced physical education teachers and to discover the causes of this phenomenon. For this purpose a questionnaire survey accompanied by an interview will be carried out. The research sample will be made up by FSpS MU graduates.
