The aim of the project is to answer the question: "What are the general features of the social-work-services culture and what has been their evolution since the beginning of the twentieth century?" Texts about theories and methods of social work, ethics of social work, sociology of social services and social security, social policy implementation and administration research and about other related topics will be investigated and interpreted. The goal is to understand different kinds of social-work-servi ces cultures. The research results will be published in a concluding monograph and will constitute a background for future empirical research.
