Centre of gravity of supposed project are the structural analyses of confiscation after the battle on White Mountain and the historical suits, coherent with them on the instant. The work has been en-visaged in wide context of central Europe and attempts to catch the exercise of confiscation as one of progresses during generation of unified Habsburg monarchy. As way out will be taken the situation on Moravia, which, regarding to her geographical position and social structure, plays the unifying exercise between Bohemian and Austrian countries. The work will reach up to regard the power, political, law, religious as well as social aspects of confiscation and proposes itself the imposition to flow into the wide estimation of structural metamorphoses of mi ddleeuro-pean society on threshold of absolutism in 1. half of 17. century.
