The purpose of this project is to enhance the sense of belonging of staff members and students in order to improve the quality of learning, teaching and research at the project partner institutions. This includes addressing the issues of student and staff wellbeing and mental health, which the recent pandemic brought to the absolute forefront, enhancing the inclusiveness of learning and teaching together with improving students’ skills of professional communication with employers. In order to reach out to most staff members and students from the project consortium and beyond, the project will have a strong digital dimension. Most resources produced during the project will be accessible online via a new open access portal on inclusive teaching and learning. The project will use a range of tools for online and blended communication and collaboration to engage various target groups. To achieve its aims, the project will partner with students and staff in order to make them the drivers of the development at their institutions.
