This project provides an interdisciplinary analysis of racism as a legal issue. The aim of the project is a draft of political and legislative model intended to ensure adequate protection of human rights against all form of racist discrimination in the m odem civil society. The basic questions of the project: a) philosophical and theoretical analysis of racism as a social problem, b) theoretical analysis of the legal interpretation of racist motivated actions, c)the denial of the Holocaust as an issue of human rights law. The dominant method of analysis is the critical theory of society. This project will respect theories that are developing in contemporary legal theory and philosophy and a) describe racism as a social pathology, b) define protection o f human rights as protection against all forms of discrimination, c) accept justice, equality as basic principle of legal interpretation and the legislative process.
