The project Cyber Infrastructure for Training in Advanced Defence Exercises and Learning (CITADEL Range) aims to develop and upgrade European defence technology in the field of cyber ranges, trainings and simulations, part of the Technology Building Blocks of the EDA’s Overarching Strategic Research Agenda. CITADEL Range vision is built on the strategic shift in the EU’s cyber defence agenda where a clear move has taken place from cyber responsive operations to full spectrum cyber defence operations as put forward in the EU’s Capability Development Priorities 2023.
