Analogically with the stereotactical evacuation of spontanecus hematomas in the deep structures of the brain we are going to use this method also in the traumatic hematomas. The time of hospitalization. The treatment costs will be substantially decreased and the quality of treatment improved. After the first experiences with the evacuation of traumatic hematomas stereotacticly we suppose that the comparison of the surgical and stereotactical treatment
