| Description | Hypothesis that sperm samples from different biological qualities will exhibit different levels and composition of surface glycosylation, and that the images are clearly different, could not be confirmed. The reason is that the sperm cell surface is so thickly covered with carbohydrate residues, that even a high specificity of lectins used was not enough to distinguish sperm from samples of different quality. |
