| Description | The paper presents the method of determination of sizes of crystal structures’ coherrent domains based on the Scherrer equation. As an example, the comparison of the x-ray diffraction (XRD) examination results of slaked lime with scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of the samples‘ morphology was chosen. Possible practial applications of crystallinity determination are demonstrated on several examples. |
