| Description | The aim of this paper is to inform readers about im/possibility of lengthening the period of prescription in different consumer contracts (e.g. consumer loan). Authoress have examined the im/possibility of lengthening the period of prescription in context of Act No 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code and Act No 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code and further in context of New Civil Code and Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Common European sales law. |
