| Description | The paper presents a literature review focusing on the environmental performance of companies. Specifically, it analyses the factors that stimulate corporate involvements in green project. Whereas the majority of similar research papers focused on company-level factors, the text elaborates on factors that are directly related to individuals – factors of environmental motivation, environmental knowledge and environmental actions in a company. Four broader research questions that should bring valuable implications for managers and policy makers are suggested in the end. The study was conducted as a part of the research project with registration number (GA13-14704S) supported by the Czech science agency. |
