Description The role of the educator plays a crucial contribution to the efficiency of the educational process in order to prevent lifestyle diseases. The role of the educator lies in the fact that plans, organizes implements and evaluates educational process. To be able to adequately perform these activities must have a sufficient level of training (professional) skills, abilities and communication skills, motivation, presentation, diagnostic and organizational. In addition to these professional competence of the teacher should have the necessary personal qualities such as moral character, ability to select and apply appropriate methods and techniques of their effect on the body and empathy and love. Effect of exercise intervention cannot do without self-reflection and self-criticism, the ability to analyze their own pedagogical activity and to draw the consequences, modify teaching methods and practices. Planning and implementation of physical interventions should be observed the didactic principles of both general and individual. Only a comprehensive approach to the physical process can be effectively designed to prevent the emergence of civilization diseases.
