| Description | The article is focused on the issue of the future development of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). At first, the article deals with the circumstances of the establishment of OLAF, where the problems which is OLAF currently facing come from. Furthermore, the article is focused on the prediction of the development that could occur. In particular on the possible changes in the case of the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office. |
