| Description | The contribution deals with a return of the "leasehold estate" into the Czech legislature in the new Civil Code and its real consequences for the Land Registry. At first, author qualifies the difference between the "leasehold estate" and the "lease of land" with a reference to their history. In the main part, a reinsertion of the "leasehold estate" in the Land Registry is assessed and the attention is paid to consequences in the Environmental Law, as well. This contribution is finished by the prediction of the future development. |
