Description Influence of the Hague Convention on the recovery of maintenance from 2007 on EU law and the right of the Member States takes place in two ways. EU Convention entered on their own behalf, i.e. generally all Member States are bliged to comply wi it. Together with the Convention was created Regulation of the enforcement of maintenance just for purposes of EU Member States, which is associated with the Convention by the Hague Protocol from 2007. These 3 documents have complicated relationship. This paper deals with application of the Cenvention, the Protocol and the Regulation, since they are not interchangeable and thus is important to knw clearly the differences between the documents and areas of their application, because not every EU Member State use all these documents.
