| Description | The article describes the importance of evidence in criminal proceedings in connection with the right for fair trial and with expert examination and the importance of expert opinion in the hierarchy of evidence. Special attention is paid to what can affect the quality of the expert opinion, its relevancy, credibility and cogency and to the selected facts which are necessary to be taken into account when considering the above mentioned. |
