| Description | Diagnostic kit enables sensitive detection of patients with bladder cancer. This diagnostic kit is based on quantitative analysis of miR-31-5p, miR-93-5p and miR-191-5p expression levels in urine supernatant of patients with bladder cancer by use of qPCR method. Determination of miR-31-5p, miR-93-5p and miR-191-5p expression levels enables to distinguish urinary samples of bladder cancer patients from healthy donors and patients with other urologic cancers. |
