• Description: Monograph is the outcome of the project titled Current trends in the conception and implementation of inclusive education in the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Education with regard to pupils with special educational needs solved at Masaryk University in the framework of the grant project specific research. The publication is divided into four thematic areas, which focus on individual topics in line with the research goals of the participating academics and doctoral candidates. Introductory thematic unit focuses on the basis of inclusive education, the other on early support and early childhood education. The third unit is devoted to school education in an inclusive environment, and the fourth, final unit is aimed at inclusion in a social context. Each chapter presents researches focusing on inclusive education in the region of Brno and South Moravia.
