| Description | he article deals with the utility infrastructure, their definitions and their position in the legal order. It focuses on this institute as an exception from the principle superficies solo cedit and describes its legal character as a separate thing in legal sense according to § 509 Czech Civil Code. The second part of the article concerns the regulation of the utility infrastructure in the German Civil Code and offers a short excursion into the Swiss legislation. |
