| Description | In this paper, the authors first outlined the general interconnectedness between jurisprudence and economics. Showing the two disciplines are relatively independent and autonomous, the authors emphasized the areas in which a so-called multidisciplinary overlap is required. In the second part of this paper, the authors selected two typical economic and legal institutes – money and currency, on which they explained the necessity of applying the interdisciplinary approach. |
