| Description | The paper analyses changes dealing with property rights that were made in Nature Protection Act by amendment no. 123/2017 Coll. It describes the reasons of the changes and tries to predict their consequences. The attention is focused on the ban of transferring property rights of state land in national parks, rights and duties of land owners during the process of creating new protected areas, preemptive right and compensation for limited property rights |
