| Description | This contribution deals with the legal regulation of compensation for the restriction of the ownership right to the land due to the use and protection of natural resources. The analysis focuses on compensations in protection zones of water resources, protected areas for nature and landscape conservation and land connected to the hunting grounds. Based on this analysis, author identifies the differences between compensations and explains the advantages and disadvantages of them. The result of the analysis is the proposals for changes in legislation and directions for further scientific research. |
